Citewise delivers AI-visibility research reports based on responses from third-party AI systems at the time of measurement. AI answers change over time; reports reflect the measurement window and do not guarantee rankings, citations, or revenue outcomes.
Diagnostics are delivered by email within 48 hours of confirmed payment. Monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and end at the close of the current billing period.
Our refund terms are mechanical, not discretionary:
① Late delivery. If your report does not arrive within 48 hours of confirmed payment, reply "refund" to your confirmation email and we process a full refund within one business day, no questions asked. (If we fail to deliver within 5 business days, a full refund is due regardless.)
② Factual errors. If the report contains factual errors about your firm, the same mechanical refund applies.
③ What we don't refund. Reports that are accurate but unwelcome — a low score you didn't want to see is not a defect. The free scan exists precisely so you can preview the gap before paying; if the scan shows a strong score (70+), we tell you not to buy.
Monitoring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you are not billed for periods after cancellation, and partial months already billed are not pro-rated.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; card details never touch our servers. During the current interim period, orders are confirmed by email and payment instructions follow before any charge.
Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months. Reports are informational and are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
