The free scan collects the domain you enter, and — only if you choose the optional "email me this breakdown" box — your email address. Order and intake forms collect your name, email, company, website domain, and any details you volunteer. Payment card data, once payments go live, is handled entirely by our payment processor and never touches our servers.
To run and deliver your scan and reports, respond to your requests, and — if you asked for the emailed breakdown or checklist — send that follow-up. We reply from a monitored inbox and you can ask us to stop at any time.
We use a small set of processors: a payment processor (payments), an email relay (form and report delivery), and a hosting provider. Audited domains are submitted to third-party AI systems (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) as part of running the diagnostic — that is the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not run ads.
Scan inputs and report data are kept to produce and support your deliverables. Email us to request deletion; requests are honored within 30 days.
