What happens next: we confirm scope and email you secure payment instructions within 1 business day → confirmation with your 12 measured questions → full report + fix pack within 48 hours of payment → readout call link. Late? Reply "refund" — processed within 1 business day, no questions. When you pay, card handling runs through Stripe, so we never see your card number. See a sample report.

Who's on the other end: Citewise is a real, registered practice — a person replies from inha.journey@gmail.com, usually within a business day. Registered company details and processors are in the privacy policy; the refund terms are mechanical and in writing. This intake reaches us by email; nothing is charged here.
